Welcome to 4th Ave Gym

Get Stronger, Live Longer at 4th Avenue Gym. Locally owned and operated from its May 1981 inception by Yuma native, David Haile and family.

Out growing its original location of 3,800 sq. ft. at 1072 S. 4th Avenue the gym relocated in January 1991 to 300 W. 22nd Street with 14,000 sq. ft. Whether your need weight loss, strength training, power lifting, body building, or rehabilitation our staff and private trainers are here to assist you.

With in the four walls of this two story complex our members have access to over 30,000 lbs. of free weights and fifty five plus cardio machines with internet access on each machine. In addition, there are two circuit training rooms inclusive of the Hammer Strength M.T.S. line.

Two courts are available for the racquetball and basketball enthusiast. Our unheated swimming pool provides the opportunity for low impact exercise.

For your personal needs we offer a complete line of supplements. Let’s not forget the availability of men and women locker/shower facilities for hygienic needs.
