4th Ave Gym Athletic Foundation – The 4th Ave Gym Athletic Foundation was created in 2017 by 4th Ave Gym co-owner Justin Haile. The foundation mission is to provide athletic equipment and needed resources every year to all eight Yuma County high school sports programs in Yuma, Arizona.

Teacher of The Year – Since 2024 we have been sponsoring The Teacher of The Year with Free Memberships to our Facility. There are five category winners at this event, four of them receiving 6 months memberships to the gym and the winner getting 12 months membership.

High School State Winners – Since 1993 we have been honoring High School students who win a State Championship in any sport with a free membership. Depending on the sport students can win up to three months free to the gym.

Special Olympics Powerlifting – Since 2022 we have been holding Yuma’s area meet every April for Special Olympics Powerlifting at our Foothills location. Our athletes start training first week of February one day a week preparing for our big meet in April, after they complete the area meet at our facility it opens the door for them to compete at Special Olympics Powerlifting Nationals in Phoenix AZ.

Telegraph Pass Hiking – Since 2013 we have been supplying two Porta Potties and a Dumpster at the basin of Telegraph Pass for hikers to use proper restroom and trash can to use. This is a very popular mountain in Yuma that is a must visit for anyone who loves to stay in shape and enjoys a challenge.
